Practical Support

Help with care coordination, organizing daily tasks, and reviewing advance directives or other planning documents with your consent.

Presence and Vigil Care

Calm bedside companionship and supportive presence for individuals and families during tender moments and active dying.

Advocacy and Guidance

Education about the dying process, advance care planning, and support in helping family members understand wishes and options.

Legacy and Remembrance

Life review, legacy projects, and meaningful ways to preserve memories and stories for loved ones.

Bereavement Support

Gentle early grief support for families after loss as they begin adjusting to life after the death of a loved one.

Non-Medical Family Caregiver Support

Family caregivers often carry more than anyone can see. These non-medical support services are designed to provide relief, practical help, and compassionate presence so caregivers can rest and loved ones can remain comfortable at home.

May include:

  • Temporary relief so caregivers can rest and recharge.
  • Care coordination and light household support.
  • In-home visits for feeding, walking, medication reminders, and basic grooming support.
  • Pet care assistance, including food, supplies, vet coordination, and planning for a pet’s future care if needed.
  • Grief support or memorial assistance related to beloved companion animals when saying goodbye becomes necessary.

    Hourly rate block:
    Family Caregiver Support — $25/hour
    Includes personal care and daily living assistance, household support, companionship, medication reminders, respite for family caregivers, pet care assistance, organizing mail and calendars, and home safety checks or wellness monitoring.

Additional Hourly Services Available:

Some families need focused support in specific areas. These services can be added based on your situation and goals.
